Reasons I Love Living in Clarksville TN

Clarksville TN is Becoming Home to Many

As more and more people move to Clarksville for the job opportunities, for the lower cost of living and the proximity to Nashville, the atmosphere and friendliness of the city and welcoming nature of the residents get into their hearts and win them over.

Just today I have met two new couples that said how much they like it here and want to stay and buy a home. It helps that housing costs are some of the lowest of all of the Middle Tennessee area.

We are blessed to have Ft. Campbell (home of the 101st Airborne Division) resides in our area, just adjacent to Clarksville. It brings tens of thousands of service people and civilian workers that contribute to the economy and population of the city. We thank them for their service.

We have new industry with Hankook Tire, Google and LG Electronics all adding jobs to the city. Industry is attracted because of the affordable housing and low taxes including no state income tax.

Check out these must see places in Clarksville.
