Riverfest 2016 Clarksville TN Fall Music Festival
Clarksville is known for music festivals and the big one for the fall is just days away. This one is a favorite amongst concert goers and if the weather is good it may be the best ever. The City of Clarksville organizes this event with Riverfest 2016 having some exciting events.
The place is McGregor Park and the Riverwalk down by the Cumberland River. It is just a few blocks from Downtown Clarksville so you can enjoy one of the favorite places to eat and then walk to the festival. Parking at the festival is limited but admission is free.
There is food and a wide variety of activities and artists performing. As always there will be many vendors offering their wares and exciting foods. Food and drink vendors use drink and food tickets so come to eat lunch or dinner at Riverfest 2016.

It's Not Just Food
There is also a ton of entertainment being offered on the 3 stages. Brandy Clark is the headliner for Saturday Night's 9pm show. Check out all the music and entertainment on all the stages here.
The Kids Area is just for kids and there are many free activities. But if you want you child to enjoy the inflatables you can purchase an armband that will be honored both Friday and Saturday. Beat the rush and order online. Armbands are $10.
Bring no food or drink: Vendors expect you to purchase what you need. There are a large selection of vendors.
Bring a blanket or a chair: You can sit on the grass or some of the tiered seating but I recommend coming prepared for a huge crowd.
Parking is limited:
Be prepared to see a crowd and plan for extra time.
Bring Cash: Many of the vendors take credit cards but cash also works. As in events past you will buy food and drink tickets.
No pets, no weapons: Pets are not permitted. Firearms and knives are not allowed either.
