Tell Me About the History of Stones Manor in Clarkville TN?

The History of the Land in Stones Manor

Stones Manor is neighborhood of luxury homes located off Rossview Road in the northeastern part of Montgomery County. It is 1.3 miles from Exit 8 of Interstate 24 just across the county lines. It is a beautiful neighborhood and a  well planned community.

This was farmland for centuries before it became a subdivision. The Ross, Collins and Hollis families had ownership over the years. The setting remains having a country atmosphere and high standards of uniquely designed homes that fit well into the topography and gently rolling hills are assured through the architectural review of the HOA.

The History of the Land of Stones Manor Subdivision narrative is provided by The Community Manager of Stones Manor, Rick Hollis from Ghertner and Company.
