The homes have about 2000 square feet up to 4000 square feet. What is the Neighborhood Like?


The Villages was started in the early 90's and answered a need in the community for larger upscale homes in the Sango area of Clarksville. It took almost 20 years to complete the neighborhood. There are just a few remaining lots so you may still see a new home being built here or there. All the homes were built with quality and it is witnessed in the many styles and details as you drive through the neighborhood.

There is a pretty front entrance to the neighborhood and very nice landscaping throughout The Villages. You will like the sidewalks for walking and the underground utilities keep the streets and lawns looking free and clear.

Rotary Park is a stone’s throw away touching the back part of the neighborhood. Barksdale Pool is a short drive and Eastland Green Golf Course it less than 10 minutes away.


Austin Peay State University is only about 20 minutes away and offers a quality, liberal arts education with both undergraduate and graduate degrees. 


Shopping and restaurants are very nearby and 5 minutes by car. The location is excellent.


Where Will The Kids Attend School?

Children in The Villages attend schools in Clarksville/Montgomery County School System with full school bus services available. The elementary school is Sango Elementary, the middle school is Richview Middle and the high school is Clarksville High.
