 shows that homes are selling and average sold prices are up from 2015. Prices per sq. ft. have also increased and chances are this trend will continue throughout 2016. Already this year there is one pending sale and two more listings that have contingency contracts. If they close in the next 30-45 days it will mean that sales for the year are showing an upward trend of almost 40%. These are excellent signs for a strong selling year in 2016 for Hickory Wild.

What does the further outlook into 2017 bring? The neighborhood is maturing but there are still new homes being built and lots of acreage left to develop.
