Are you thinking of buying a Meadows of Hearthstone home?

The activity is steady but inventory is down from last year. I predict more will be coming on the market after the holidays. When homes in Meadows of Hearthstone are priced correctly they will sell. Sellers are paying some closing costs for buyers.

With less inventory it is a great time to sell. Days on the market has improved from 2015. If the home has had improvements buyers will recognize the value. When priced at market prices you will sell your Meadows of Hearthstone home.
