Serendipity Sundays- Perspective is Everything

Serendipity Sundays - You Have to See It for Yourself

People check out homes on the Internet and the photos lure them in. They are the eye candy that draw people into wanting to know more. The more photos the better and the more angles and videos the happier the consumer is.

Perceptive

The consumer doesn't want to waste time seeing homes that will not suit. It is important to convey a true picture of the home while leaving a little mystery and intrigue to entice the consumer to want to see in person and want to buy.

Perspective is everything. I have seen so many buyers disappointed when they saw the house first hand because it was then that they could see the room sizes were not as large as portrayed in the photos. The flaws showed and were screaming the need for cosmetic repair. A true representation is what is expected of us as REALTORS® and what we should deliver.
