Ellington Gait Clarksville TN Subdivision Recap for 2017

Ellington Gait Clarksville 2017 Recap

Ellington Gait Homes
Reasons People Like Ellington Gait

Ellington Gait Clarksville is a good looking neighborhood in just about the best location in Clarksville. It is at the end of its buildout which makes the community look complete and inviting. Its location is in the St. Bethlehem area about 1.5 miles from Exit 8 of Interstate 24. Rossview Road is a major exit off the Interstate. This makes it so easy to commute to Nashville or Fort Campbell to work.

Construction started in 2011. It did not take long for it to be substantially complete.  The winding streets with sidewalks on both sides lead you to the walking trail at the front. What a great place to walk and get some good exercise.

Ellington GaitHow's the Market Changed for the Neighborhood?

Ellington Gait Subdivision

has seen a big increase in popularity over the last 3-5 years. That happens when a neighborhood is growing and new homes are being offered. Prices have risen since 2013 about 20%. Some of that is the result of larger homes being built. Homes range in size from 2000 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft. Most of the homes have a bonus room over the garage. Many also have privacy fenced backyards.

Ellington Gait homes are built with lots of brick and stone accents on the fronts. The monthly HOA fee is very low.
