If it doesn't work as it stands, tweaking can be done to modify and make it become part of the neighborhood.  

Home buyers like the country feel and the fact it is located in the county with no city property taxes. This increases your buying power by paying lower taxes. It is a great place to walk safely and it is a pet-friendly neighborhood. You can have a fence if you desire but must follow the Architectural standards.
