Why Do People Live in Rudolphtown?

Rudolphtown is an established neighborhood with homes on larger lots. Even some of the lots are over an acre and have very large trres. The neighborhood started over 20 years ago.

It has been a popular area because of its look and location. Rudolphtown has many brick homes many have swimming pools. The location is near the corner of Memorial Drive and Warfield Blvd. which is convenient to many parts of Clarksville.

Many of the homes were custom built. There are currently 3 homes on the market for sale in the neighborhood, one home is pending and one has closed since the first of the year at a sale price of $187,500. that was a bargain price.  There is usually always a few homes available for sale in Rudolphtown.

What's the Neighborhood Like?

There are many mature trees and lush landscapes. There have been a multitude of quality builders that have built homes in the neighborhood.  This is a gorgeous community.

There are two-story designs and many ranch styles. All have very nice landscaping and all enjoy underground utilities. You can get to Interstate 24 in a little over 5 minutes making a commute to Nashville and Ft. Campbell very doable.

There is no formal Homeowners Association in Rudolphtown with a voluntary fee paid by home owners for the maintenance of the front entrance.

 

What Activities are Offered Nearby?

The homes in Rudolphtown are close to the business district on Madison Street which offers restaurants, banking, shopping, food stores, salons and professional services. For golf there is the clarksivlle Country Club and Swan Lake Golf Course. Dunbar Cave State Park and Swan Lake Recreational Area are about a seven minutes away for swimming, tennis, fishing, hiking or spelunking.

Austin Peay State University is about 20 minutes away offering a quality, liberal arts education, undergraduate and graduate degrees.

 

Where Will The Kids Attend School?

Rudolphtown Homes are serviced by theClarksville/Montgomery County School System. The elementary school is Barksdale Elementary located on Madison St., the middle and high schools are Rossview located on Rossview Rd.
