Interested in Building a Home in Sango, Clarksville TN?

Now is Time for Building a New Home in Sango

If a new home has been on your mind check out some of the new construction in the Sango area of Clarksville. The interest rates are still at a low level and the selection and features in the new homes are quite impressive.

Savannah Crossing Construction

Many neighborhoods in Sango are outside the city limits and this will magnify when your buying power.

Check out new homes in Sango Mills.

Savannah Crossing is another subdivision with new homes as are Ivy Bend and Village Terrace. Easthaven and Whitewood Farms are booming new neighborhoods in Clarksville's Sango area. The first step is deciding what type home you want and where do you want to live. Where will the home you want fit in best? You don't want to be the highest priced home in the neighbohrood nor the lowest.

Sango is located in Southeastern portion of Montgomery County. It has easy access to I-24 St. Bethlehem near I-24 at Exit 11 and 19. Many of the subdivisions have or will have organized HOAs.

When buying in one of these neighborhoods make sure you are comfortable with the rules and requirements. Some may provide lawn care or community clubhouses and swimming pools. Expect the HOA fees to be higher in these neighborhoods.
