July 4th Celebration in Clarksville TN - 2018

July 3rd is the Date for Fireworks in Clarksville TN

It's not too early to start planning for what has been become a tradition in Clarksville. On July 3rd folks will gather near the Cumberland River at Liberty Park to hear music and see a fantastic fireworks show take place over the river. This is put on courtesy of the City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department and other local sponsors.

Come around 5pm to get set up with your chairs and blankets for the music that will begin at 6:00. There will be concessions for sale. This is a fun time to sit, relax and enjoy the lazy river. The Independence Day Celebration will have limited parking available at Liberty Park. The event is free to everyone.

Blankets will cover the hillside overlooking the lake near the Wilma Rudolph Center in Liberty Park. There will be lots of boating and watching from the river and the Marina. It is way too early to know if the weather will cooperate but it generally does. What may be in store will be a gorgeous sunset over the Cumberland River. Around 9:15 the Fireworks Show will begin.
