Architectural Approval for Stones Manor, Clarksville TN

How to Get Architectural Approval at Stones Manor, Clarksville TN

When you are considering moving to Stones Manor you need to be aware of some of the neighborhood rules. One of those rules is that if you plan to modify your home on the exterior or add fixtures or permanent structures to your yard, you must apply for Architectural Approval. Even if you plan to build a custom home that will be very nice or top of the line, it must be approved before the work begins. This also applies to current home owners wanting to make exterior changes to their homes. Stones Manor has homes priced from $350,000 to $1,000,000.

Learn more about Stones Manor and the neighborhood amenities here.

The Architectural Review process starts at the HOA management company's website where the form can be downloaded. Once it is completed in full with the plans and the material list included then upload it to the site. The following video explains the steps to make it easier.

The form is three pages long and has a checklist that must be completed. Things like exterior colors, materials, landscape, walks and irrigation systems are included. Outside kitchens, firepits, patios and detached garages are also items needing approval. This is to keep the neighborhood looking good and is not meant to be arrogant or make you jump through hoops. Before work can start, you must have written approval from the ARC, Architectural Review Committee.
