Somerset Subdivision, Clarksville TN 2017 Update/Check Out the Inventory Now

Somerset Subdivision
One of the most unique looking neighborhoods in the St. Bethlehem area with Craftsman style homes is Somerset Subdivision. I love the feel of the community the moment I drive in. Buyers like this neighbohrood and it is seling fast.

Somerset Subdivision is located on Rossview Rd. which has easy access to I-24 at Exit 8 and to the Rossview Schools just a mile down the road. Governor's Square Mall is an easy drive where lots of restaurants and major retailers reside.

The Craftsman style homes are colorful homes and attract buyers wanting something out of the ordinary and eye-catching. Many of the homes have front porches large enough for rockers and tasteful landscape.

The subdivision has a look of New England with winding streets, street lamps, sidewalks. There is also an access at the back of the subdivision to St. Bethlehem Civitan Park.

What are the homes like in Somerset?

The home sizes are from 1500 to over 3000 square feet. The prices range from around $200,000's to high $300,000's.

Somerset was started in the early 2000's. It is pretty much built out now and is very well cared for. The pretty front entrance is so appealing and makes an inviting and welcoming look. There is no community pool, clubhouse or playground area but it is a pet-friendly neighborhood.

Children in Somerset in the Clarksville Montgomery County School System attend Rossview Elementary, Rossview Middle and Rossview High. The schools are so conveniently located just down the road from the subdivision. Everyone likes to know about schools score and comments so check these out on school reports located on my website.
