Ellington Gait SubdivisionMany builders were responsible for building out the subdivision resulting in a variety of styles. The neighborhoods have a very pleasing look with several of the homes that were custom built from the ground up.

With no more lots available those opportunities have passed but what remains is well planned neighborhood with winding streets, street lamps and sidewalks. There is also a walking path to extend your walk toward the front of the subdivision.

This St. Bethlehem location is on Rossview Road giving home buyers a near perfect location to access Exit 8 of Interstate 24. The commute to Downtown Clarksville, Ft. Campbell or Nashville is easy for homeowners in Ellington Gait and Ellington Chase.

The forecast for spring looks good with the new Hankook Tire Plant expected to go into production and the plant nearly at full staffing.
