Stones Manor is seeing a lot of activity this year as buyers have discovered the wonderful amenities the neighborhood offers. Inventory has decreased and several new homes have gone under contract. This trend says people want to live in Stones Manor. Inventory is low but there are plans for new homes to be built this year.
