Farmington Subdivision, Clarksville Market Report- July 2016

What's Your Farmington Home Worth?

Farmington Subdivision Entrance SignFarmington Subdivision in Clarksville TN has had a robust market since the first of the year. Many buyers have discovered this neighborhood and made the choice to become one of the residents. Section 4 has provided new homes sales and these homes are moving quick.

In Farmington you will not just find one primary builder but a variety of quality new home builders contributing to the wide range of styles of homes. Resale homes have done quite well, too.

Prices are creeping upwards and this is good news for sellers. Low interest rates had made it easier for home buyers to buy their homes and even reach higher into a bigger home than than originally planned and still stay in budget. Future sections are in the planning stages and will be launched in the coming months.
