Farmington in Clarksville is showing typical activity for a winter month. The unexpected snow has slowed the market but it will pick up in a few weeks. Several homes came on the market with some of them being new homes. New construction homes continue in Sections 3 and 4 of Farmington.
Farmington is on Rossview Rd. about a mile north of Interstate 24 at Exit 8. Across the road is Stones Manor, which has slightly larger homes in a more upscale and luxury living neighborhood. It has the Manor House, a community clubhouse that Stones Manor residents enjoy as part of their monthly HOA privileges.
