What Is Your Farmington Home Worth?


Farmington Subdivision Entrance SignFarmington Subdivision continues to be one of the hottest neighborhoods in the $300,000 price range. The market has really picked up since last year this time as buyers respond to new homes being offered. The completion of Section 4 has been part of the reason with the new homes selling so fast and many selling before they are complete. 

Farmington in Clarksville has many different builders and each one is having success in selling their new homes. This provides lots of variety and style so buyers have choices. Resale homes have also done very well with several selling within days of going on the market.

Prices are steady but beginning to move up. Interest rates hit a new low over the last month and that has contributed to buyers being able to buy more house than they originally planned. Future sections will be built offering another two hundred homes to sell.

Since last month the inventory has declined by 10%. The absorption rate has improved over the last 3 months to a 4 month supply. 40% of the sales in Farmington since January 1 have been new homes. Teh trends are looking good.

What features does Farmington offer?

City water and sewer services plus natural gas run through the subdivision. The has two pretty front entrances, sidewalks, streetlamps and some ponds and walking paths. The HOA is very affordable and provides weekly trash pickup. Farmington home owners pay not city property taxes just the county portion.
