June 2016 Market Report on Page Estates, Clarksville
Pages Estates is a good looking neighborhood and one of those communities where homeowners take pride in the care of their homes. The community is about 20 years old but there are also some newer homes and new construction going on.
The sales are up slightly from last year but what tells the story is that there are 4 under contract now. This uptick in sales is mirroring the entire Clarksville market and the dip in inventory over the last couple of months.

The numbers tell us the market is fairly stable and though 2015 showed less sales at this same time of the year, 2015 ended with 11 sales for the year. 2014 had 10 closed sales. It is my prediction that this year the sales will be the best they have been in years and prices will be rising.
There are now 7 Active Listings on the market and we are not even halfway through the year. Buyers like Page Estates because there is no HOA and the lots are slightly larger than similar neighborhoods. Prices range $200,000 to over $300,000.
