One of the most unique looking neighborhoods in the St. Bethlehem area with Craftsman style homes is Somerset Subdivision. I love the feel of the community the moment I drive in.
Somerset Subdivision is located on Rossview Rd. which has easy access to I-24 at Exit 8 and to the Rossview Schools just a mile down the road. Governor's Square Mall is an easy drive where lots of restaurants and major retailers reside.
The Craftsman style homes are colorful homes and attract buyers wanting something out of the ordinary and eye-catching. Many of the homes have front porches large enough for rockers and tasteful landscape.
The subdivision has a look of New England with winding streets, street lamps, sidewalks. There is also an access at the back of the subdivision to St. Bethlehem Civitan Park.

Average sale prices were up 6% in 2016 over 2015. 2017 had one less sale than in 2016. Average active listing per square foot price is up almost 10% from 2016.
What does the neighborhood have to offer?
Convenience to Beachaven Winery and Vineyard and a wonderful recreational facility in Swan Lake Park and Dunbar Cave State Park. The lake is being reworked and is taking shape. Golfing, picnic areas, softball fields, swimming, tennis and horseshoe facilities are offered. The State Parks system manages tours of Dunbar Cave and groups are welcome. Somerset was started in the early 2000's. It is pretty much built out now and is very well cared for. The pretty front entrance is so appealing and makes an inviting and welcoming look. There is no community pool, clubhouse or playground area but it is a pet-friendly neighborhood.
What are the Schools for Somerset?
Children in Somerset in the Clarksville Montgomery County School System attend Rossview Elementary, Rossview Middle and Rossview High.
