Clarksville Downtown Market 2016 Vendor Sign Up

It's that time again for vendors to start signing up to be a part of Clarksville Downtown Market 2016 season. The market is for homemade and homegrown products and produce and a chance to grow your businesses and share your bounty. The Clarksville Downtown Market opens on Saturday mornings from May to October on Public Square in downtown Clarksville. The market has won several awards for being the best farmers market in the south.

Clarksville Downtown Market

The market grand opening for the season is Saturday, May 21, 2015 and continue until October 10. Saturday mornings, 8 am to 1 pm people come from miles away and throughout Clarksville to buy fresh local produce, see the newest in handmade crafts, check out the food vendors and sample fresh baked products to take home. Local music artists play giving a nice background of music while you shop. Clarksville Downtown Market will be even bigger this year and now is the time for vendors to sign up.

The Clarksville Downtown Market will be closed on July 2 and Sept 10. During the hottest part of the summer from June to August 27 the market will close at 12:00 noon.

The application for vendors is available online and three food truck vendors will be selected. Booth space rentals include a tent, table and a chair and are available for the entire season or for selected dates. Cost is $200 for the entire season. Food truck vendors pay $700 for the season.  It's sign up time now and will continue until April 4.

For more information contact the  Clarksville Downtown Market Manager at Clarksville Parks and Recreation. There will be 19 Saturday Downtown Market Days during the season making this a terrific value for vendors. Vendors can commit for the whole season or do a part-time season at a reduced fee. There are fill in vendor opportunities, too.
