Stones Manor Luxury Living neighborhood
Stones Manor
 Clarksville
is a luxury neighborhood in the Rossview School Zone. People are talking, discovering the advantages and the word is spreading.  People drive through the neighborhood to see what all the talk is about that people are watching. Some visitors fly in to see the wonderful amenities offered in Stones Manor and then want to stay.

Stones Manor is located 1.3 miles north of Exit 8 and I-24.  Once you know this is something special and could be the perfect place to settle in and nest. Stones Manor is different from other communities and all that want this carefree lifestyle are welcome.

These are some of the reasons visitors want to make Stones Manor their next home.

  2. The gently winding streets, lighted landscapes, streetlamps and common areas make it a preety neighborhood to walk in. The neighborhood pond welcomes visitors and locals as well.

  3. The Manor House is the neighborhood clubhouse that residents love to use and reserve for their private parties.

  4. Stones Manor is not in the city and located in the county with country surroundings. Homeowners pay less property taxes.

  5. Natural gas, city water and city sewer are all offered in Stones Manor. Charter Cable and high speed Internet are also available to Stones Manor homeowners.

  6. Quality builders construct homes by certain building standards and use highend architectural features. The integrity of the neighborhood shows by the detail and design of the homes.

  7. The HOA fee covers trash pick up and weekly grass cutting services. This is one important reason visitors like the idea of living in Stones Manor.

Some of the visitors fly in...you are so clever. I love the bird picture. Is that a crane? If it is it looks a bit different from our cranes.

Thanks Debbie Laity for stopping by. I am not sure what the bird is. He is a visitor I haven't seen before.
