Farmington in Clarksville 
is showing a rise in sales since the first of the year and buyers are finding some fine new and resale homes in this subdivision. Prices are beginning to rise and prices per square foot are up a couple of dollars since last year. New construction homes are booming in the new Section 4 and buyers are scooping them up fast. Plans for a future sections are in the works, too.


Farmington is located in the county just outside the city limits on Rossview Rd. It is about a mile north of I-24 at Exit 8 just past the 4-H Pavilion. Across the road from Farmington is Stones Manor, a luxury living neighborhood with community pool and clubhouse called the Manor House. The homes in Stones Manor are larger homes  and have more architectural details. They are in the $350,000 and up price range.Farmington

The schools for Farmington are Rossview Schools and they are less than 2 miles away. These schools have lots of parental involvement and great athletic programs. They are some of the most sought after schools in the entire school system. Activity has been steady over the last few months and new inventory is coming on the market every week.
