Ellington Gait and Ellington Chase are side by side neighborhoods in the Rossview area. You drive through Ellington Chase to get to Ellington Gait. Most of the new homes are sold in these neighborhoods but this is still highly popular. Like new homes in the St. Bethlehem area sell fast as buyers are looking for this subdivision and this school zone.
Exit 8 of Interstate 24 is a mile or so from the neighborhood. That is the Rossview Road exit so it makes commuting to Ft. Campbell or Nashville easy. The neighborhood started in 2011 and is now almost complete. There are lovely lawns and winding sidewalks that give the neighborhood a pretty manicured look with streetlamps. It is family friendly and pet friendly and many of the homes have fenced backyards.
This location is so convenient to many areas of Clarksville including Governors Square Mall which is about 3 miles away. Historic Downtown Clarksville is a short 15 minute drive. Ellington Gait and Ellington Chase Subdivisions have prices ranging from the low $200's to mid $300's. These are large homes and many have covered back decks and pretty landscaped yards.
The new homes are almost gone but do not hesitate to come see some of the resale homes. They are in excellent condition. Currently inventory is really low showing how popular this neighborhood has become.

There are many styles and exterior finishes to the homes in the subdivisions. Homes are ranging in size from 2000 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft. Many homes have a bonus room over the garages. All have at least two car garages. Underground utilities run throughout the neighborhood.
Many of the homes are a two-story design and have at least one fireplace. Interior are filled with what today's buyers are looking for. There are walk-in closets and lofty ceiling in most Ellington Gait homes. The monthly HOA fee is very low and developer managed.
What Can You Find Nearby?
Dunbar Cave State Park is a five minute drive so you can play golf, swim, play tennis, picnic or hike. The State of Tennessee is doing some improvement work to Swan Lake and we look forward to that being complete. That will bring the ducks back and invite fishing and frog gigging. Beachaven Winery has free summer concerts, DJ on the Dock, Military Mondays, Jazz on the Lawn and more.
What About the Schools The Children Attend?
Ellington Gait and Ellington Chase are in the Rossview School zone. These schools are part of Clarksville/Montgomery County School System and have great reputations. All three schools , the elementary school is Rossview, middle and high school are located on one campus just a mile from the subdivisions. See more school reports on my website.
