Real Estate by Debbie Reynolds: Accent the Interior's Good Features

Accent the Interior's Good Features

Volume Ceiling, Spiral Staircase

Volume ceilings, light and spiral staircase

My listing was custom built in the woods so I wanted to accent how open and bright the inside could be and show the special feature of the spiral staircase. The living room is so roomy and open to the kitchen. This photo shows you can have privacy with sunshine created by skylights and plenty of windows.

The showing activity was phenomenal and buyers looking for something unique and different made offers.

The sellers had the difficult time of deciding between multiple offers but found the right fit with the buyers that are currently under contract. One of the comments from the buyers that looked at the property was that the photos depicted it just as it was. Accenting the good features gets buyers in the door.

This one is under contract but I have others. Check here for Clarksville TN real estate or call The Real Debbie Reynolds at 931-320-6730.

Debbie, I'm actually amazed that this one is in the woods! It looks very urban. Clean lines, white on white. So different from the woodsy places I list!

Good for you for having multiple offers.

It s all about how the Buyer perceives the home on line.....and "invites" them in !

I agree we should take good photos of the listings to show some of the special features. I love the photo.

Hi Debbie - You got the right angles on that nice listing photo to show off that room's unique features. Thanks for another contest entry!

Gorgeous! I can see why it sold with multiple offers!

You clearly got the photos just right on this house, Debbie, and focussed on the features that the buyers could appreciate. I would think some buyers would love the spiral staircase while for others it would not work.

Totally agree with Gayle Rich-Boxman Fishhawk Lake Real Estate assessment regarding this property.  It's design and decor are in exact contrast to its outdoor surroundings, Debbie Reynolds.  What a surprise and impact that must have had on its visitors!

Congratulations on such a spectacularly successful sale ...

Debbie, indeed the photo highlights the appearance that needs to be projected.

I to think it is extremely important that photos correctly represent the property.

Great job!!

I agree with Gayle Rich-Boxman Fishhawk Lake Real Estate - this doesn't strike me as a woodsy home!

I'm glad your photos gave you a fast sale!
