Debbie, the amount of foreclosure homes in Clarksville has really decreased which is great news. Anyone that wants to go after this segment of the market definitely needs to be prepared to act quickly. No time to delay when they're moving this quickly.

I still work a fair bit of REO here and saw a similar trend. Many stopped new foreclosures except vacant properties Nov and Dec which affect me now. There is  little boost coming in Feb, but just what was not done in the last couple of months. REO is not affecting markets or values with such a shortage of listings
