Real Estate by Debbie Reynolds: Sunday Smiles- Historic Downtown Clarksville

Sunday Smiles- Historic Downtown Clarksville

Clarksville TN in June

Historic Downtown Clarksville is a must see and on a sunny Sunday morning you can enjoy downtown while it is peacefully quiet. There is the Customs House Museum, the Historic Montgomery County Courthouse, Franklin St. and many buildings on the the historic registry. There are several historic churches plus a pretty park downtown, perfect for families to gather. The courthouse has a beautiful lawn and it is kept perfectly groomed.

 Downtown Clarksville

During the week there are quaint shops to enjoy but on the weekend there are restaurants open and you would love enjoying their cuisines. The Customs House Museum is open in the afternoon so bring you camera. Downtown Commons is open space so be sure to stop by and sit awhile.

Looks like an old time town and could be fun to visit

Sundays are the best days to tour almost any downtown area. Traffic is typically light and you can enjoy the architecture or quaintness of the town, whichever is applicable.

This is great information to share with families moving to the area.

I love the look of that, especially since it looks very similar to the downtown area in the small town that I grew up in.

Debbie Reynolds - The historic town of Clarksville looks very well maintained. From the photo and your description, I get the feeling people and business owners really, really care about the people and their community. When I see a historic town that looks so clean and buildings freshly painted, it makes me feel like their is true pride and that the restaurant owners always please the customers with excellent customer service.

Buyers need to consult with you to learn more about the City of Clarksville.
