Clarksville's Market is Booming

The numbers are in and the proof is in the stats. What we all suspected is evidenced in the strong amount of sales, the rising sale prices and the limited days on the market in May.

Clarksville Spring Market 2018Over May 2017, there has been an almost 15% increase in listing prices. Some of this has to do with all the new construction and the rising cost of building materials. We currently have under a 2 month inventory.

Those are some astounding numbers from Clarksville Debbie. The average list price, for instance, is up almost 14 and a half percent over the previous year and that's good news for the sellers.
