There are beautiful new homes in Easthaven Subdivision in the Sango area of Clarksville. Many different builders have new homes available with a variety of floor plans and with lovely features like white cabinets, stainless appliances, ship-lap and wood floors. Some of the home are on the perimeter lots of the subdivision with tree-line views. Buyers today like main floor master suites and open floor plans and these can be found in this subdivision. They like lots of windows and covered patios, decks and porches, too.


Bonus rooms have almost become standard and two car garages are expected. New homes come with a one-year builder warranty that will protect the new buyer if something goes wrong with the systems or there is a fault or deficiency with one of the products or the workmanship during that first year. 

An Easthaven Home

Buyers expect nice master baths and granite or quartz countertops when they buy in Easthaven. Walk-in closets are the norm especially in the master suite.


Easthaven Subdivision is an HOA neighborhood with a recent swimming pool being added for the residents use and pleasure. The HOA monthly fee is now $85 in preparation for the community pool. The trash pick up is also included in this professionally managed HOA.


Future lots are under development that with be quite a bit more expensive. To get the best values you need to consider buying one of the new home under construction or that have been recently finished. 


Easthaven is now about 3 years old. Prices are in the high $200's to the high $300's. Easthaven has lower property taxes since it is outside the city limits and homeowners do not pay the city property tax portion.

I'm surprised to read that there is a variety of builders at a subdivision. We don't have that here, and only one builder owns the entire community. At Easthaven, seems that buyers have a variety of opportunities to find the right lot and builder!
