Currently as of October 2018 the HOA monthly fee is $34. Money collected is used for trash pick up in the neighborhood and maintenance of the front entrances and common areas around the ponds throughout the subdivision. There is no pool or clubhouse in this subdivision. Fees can change with any HOA but this neighborhood's fee have remained the same from the beginning (almost 10 years). To see current rules and guidelines you need to check with the current HOA Manager Ghertner and Company. There are different sections of Farmington so they may have different rules or fees.

Hi Debbie... that's a very reasonable HOA fee and very similar to what we see in Charlotte area where there are no community amenities like a pool. But it's rare that our fees cover trash pick-up... either property taxes cover it or homeowners have a private contract.
