Real Estate by Debbie Reynolds: Clarksville Downtown Market's Final Weekend of the Season

Clarksville Downtown Market's Final Weekend of the Season

Final Saturday of the Season

It seems like just a few weeks ago when the market opened for 2018. It has been the biggest market ever with over 80 vendors participating. Produce comes from local farms and growers. All crafts and foods have to be homegrown or handmade. Clarksville Downtown Market is an outdoor market held on Public Square from May until October.

Clarksville Downtown Market

There are so many different items available each week and vendors have changed from week to week. There have been some that made it every week. You still have one more chance to find fresh produce, handmade crafts or eat fresh food or fresh baked goodies provided by the vendors.

Some weeks there is music to shop by. The Clarksville Downtown Market has grown over the years and been the winner of farmers market awards over the years.

This year additional food trucks we added offering freshly prepared foods. Some people cone just to eat breakfast or lunch.  Parking is free on downtown streets but you may have to walk a little distance because of the crowds. Many of the vendors now take credit cards for your convenience.

Clarksville Downtown Market Last Saturday of the Season- Time is 8:00 AM to 1 PM.

Debbie,

It must be sad to have the market end.  I felt sad, when we were unable to get to ours because our roads were closed because of the mud slides.  Wishing you a great rest of the week, A

Such a wonderful market, I can tell that it is well attended when it is open and everyone will want to visit one last time.

This is a good reminder to share with area residents.

Enjoy the Downtown Market.
