Real Estate by Debbie Reynolds: Serendipity Sundays - Fall Colors

Serendipity Sundays - Fall Colors

Serendipity Sundays- Color is Everywhere

Fall has arrived in a big way with color everywhere I have looked this week. Fall flowers have not yet been dashed by the hard frosts and grass is still green, not yet wanting to give it up for the season. Temperatures have been regularly in the 60's but today was a true fall day of a warm sun, no wind and temps in the 40's. It was perfect and felt wonderful.

Another sign that fall is here is the shadows and the shorter days. Now that Daylight Saving Time is over, it was dark by 4:30. That felt strange today but is part of what is necessary to reset nature's clock.

The purple plum trees are showing red leaves, I have seen some brilliant red maples, golden elms and maples.

The fall housing market is here and more inventory is on the market. Buyers that have been waiting for more choices in Clarksville, TN, the time is now. Call The Real Debbie Reynolds at 931-320-6730.

Hi Debbie Reynolds .  I drove over the Cascades from Central Oregon to the Willamette Valley this weekend and saw fall in many different elevations - from almost done to in its most beautiful, and everything in between.  Love fall. Hope you have a great fall season - and sell many houses!

Dear Debbie,

Very beautiful this time of year & definitely an opportunity for buyers who missed the summer market.

Good morning, Debbie... the colors of autumn are indeed a feast for the eyes (and fortunately not a fattening feast!). It doesn't get dark in Charlotte as early as 4:30, but more like 6:00pm.

Debbie, the colors this year have been perfection. So vibrant and have lasted longer than years past. Your photo is beautiful and speaks of fall being in full swing.

I like the changing colors, but it tells me that it is likely getting too cold for me, haha.  That is why I am content without seeing the changing colors where I live, although the color of license plates change, haha.

The falls colors are amazing and it's great to see the colors in Clarksville!  I'm not really a fan of the sun setting at 4:30 PM either!  That will take a while to get used to again.

Enjoy the colors of the season with your camera in hand.

Rainy and windy weather has grounded many of the colorful leaves in our area.
