Good morning Debbie.  New homes are popular down here as well.  It's finding a suitable location for them that is challenging.

Our new home market in the greater Daytona Beach area is very strong.  I love working with buyers searching for new homes as we have so many new home communities. Sounds like you do too.

Hi Debbie... I sell a lot of new construction. Closed on a new home just yesterday and have another one coming up in a couple of weeks. I've always said there's nothing like the smell of a new house!

I did not realize how close Clarksville is to Nashville. Is it considered a suburb then or just a different town?

Our builders in Sac generally prefer to sell the homes before they build here.
